How do I add the widget to my home screen?

Long-press on your home screen, tap the + button in the top corner, search for "WeFrames", and choose a widget size. The app also has a built-in guide under Settings > How to Add Widget.

How do I select a shared album?

Open WeFrames, go to Settings, and tap "Choose Album". You'll see a list of your iCloud shared albums. Pick the one you want to use.

Why don't I see any photos?

Make sure you've selected a shared album that contains photos. The app needs access to your Photos library — check Settings > Privacy > Photos on your device.

How do sharing features work?

Reactions and comments are synced via iCloud between all members of your shared album. You need an active subscription (or lifetime purchase) and iCloud enabled to use these features.

Can my family share the subscription?

Yes! WeFrames supports Apple Family Sharing. If one family member has a subscription or lifetime purchase, everyone in the family group gets access.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, find WeFrames, and tap Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open WeFrames, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases" in the Sharing section.
