Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WeFrames mobile application ("the app", "we", "our"). By using WeFrames, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

WeFrames is an iOS app that displays a daily photo from an Apple iCloud shared album on your home screen via a widget. The app supports emoji reactions, comments, and sharing features among album members.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must have an Apple ID and iCloud account to use sharing features.
• You are responsible for the content you post (reactions, comments).
• You agree not to use the app to post offensive, harmful, or illegal content.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and iCloud account.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

WeFrames offers the following purchase options for sharing features:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription
• Lifetime purchase (one-time payment)

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Family Sharing

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase support Apple's Family Sharing. When Family Sharing is enabled, eligible family members can access sharing features without a separate purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content — You retain full ownership of all photos, comments, and other content you create or share through the app.
• Our app — The WeFrames app, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.
• You grant us no license to your photos. The app reads photos directly from your iCloud shared album on your device.

6. Limitation of Liability

WeFrames is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
• We are not responsible for the availability or content of iCloud shared albums.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may stop using WeFrames at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your locally stored data will be removed when the app is deleted.
• iCloud data (reactions, comments) may persist until deleted from iCloud.
• Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
